Talent Search & Placement is a one-off A$5,000 — scoping, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding — and it is currently 50% off, so A$2,500 when you enquire through this page. Then the Managed Talent Plan is the monthly retainer at A$1,999, covering your talent’s agreed compensation and LTBS’s ongoing management of the relationship.
Replacement support is part of the Managed Talent Plan. If a talent leaves or becomes unsuitable, LTBS helps you replace them — you are not back at the start on your own. Attendance and availability monitoring and issue escalation are in the same plan, which is how a problem gets caught before it becomes a departure.
No — that is the part LTBS builds the offer around. You keep a dedicated point of contact, structured performance and engagement check-ins, help with workplace concerns and ongoing communication between you and your talent, for as long as the engagement runs.
Occasional, reasonable requests are covered: LTBS will help identify suitable talent or expertise when a need comes up. It is not an unlimited recruitment service though — anything needing dedicated sourcing, extensive research or repeated candidate searches is quoted separately rather than absorbed.
